#NigeriaDecides: S/East Youths Leaders Alleges Massive Rigging In Rivers, Threatens 2million Man Protest

The Coalition of South East Youth Leaders, COSEYL, has alleged that the Saturday presidential and National Assembly elections were rigged in Rivers State.
In a statement issued on Sunday by its President General, Goodluck Ibem, the coalition alleged that some political bigwigs in the state manipulated the results of the poll.
COSEYL alleged that some officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC were forced to alter the original results in various polling units.

According to Ibem, the Labour Party won in many places but it was rigged for the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
The coalition vowed to embark on mega protests in Rivers to ensure that the right results emerge.
“It is very clear that they lost woefully to the Labour Party, LP, Presidential Candidate in Rivers State and some politicians with their thugs shamelessly resorted to beating an innocent INEC staff forcing them to alter the will of the people. Such frivolous acts will not stand.

“We will embark on a 2 million man March protest in Rivers State to ensure that the will of the people is not tampered with by anti-democratic forces who are hell-bent to truncate our move to a new Nigeria”, the statement added.
