Kano Pillars Boss, Ogenyi Targets Promotion To NPFL
Kano Pillars head coach, Evans Ogenyi has said his team is on a mission to make a return to the Nigeria Premier Football League.
The Sai Masu Gida started their 2023 Nigeria National League (NNL) campaign with a 1-0 away victory against Sokoto United at the Giginya Stadium on Wednesday.
Ogenyi stated that they will handle all their fixtures in the league like a final.

“The players know what is at stake for us this season. Winning promotion back to the NPFL is the mission and it is good that we started the season with a win,” he said.
“All the remaining fixtures in the NNL is like a final for us and we can’t make afford to make.any mistake.”

Kano Pillars were relegated to the NNL last season.
