Tricycle Rider Gets New One Hours After Giving Ekiti Governor A Ride

Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji has showered praises on a tricycle rider who gave him a lift during his outing on Tuesday.

The lady, Tola Adeleye gave the governor a free ride while he was on his way for inspection of road project in Ado Ekiti.

Commenting on the young lady, Oyebanji wrote on his Facebook page,Tola’s resilience and dedication to her work are admirable.

“In my brief interaction with her during the ride, I discovered she was not the owner of the tricycle.

“She makes daily returns to the owner and goes home with a meager change. But she appears happy doing the work and that is commendable.

“For demonstrating the enterprising spirit for which Ekiti people are known, I made a promise to get Tola a brand new Keke Napep so she can upgrade her transportation business and live a more decent life.

“Tola’s example serves as an inspiration to us all, demonstrating the positive outcomes that can be achieved through hard work and dedication. I encourage everyone to emulate her and strive for excellence in their respective endeavours.”

The lady, reportedly riding the tricycle on hire purchase got a brand new tricycle in less than 24 hours of his free service to the governor.
