Nigerian Niqob Sister, Balquis Bintinlaye, Emerges Best Graduating Student In Chemistry At US Varsity

A Nigerian niqob sister,Balquis Bintinlaye has emerged best graduating student at the Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, USA.

Mrs Bintinlaye, an indigene of Offa,Kwara State who received the award in Chemistry finished with 4.0 GPA.

Balquis has a strong background in analytical techniques, principles, theories, sampling, data analysis, forensic analysis, and method development.

Commending the graduand, Offa Descendant Union (ODU), under the leadership of Alhaji Olaniyi Muideen Azeez Salako, applauded Mrs. Bilquis Bintinlaiye for being the Best Student in a USA university.

The commendation was given via a congratulatory message by the ODU’s National Social Secretary and Ag NPRO, Idowu Muhydeen Oladipo, on behalf of the National President, Alhaji Salako described Bilquis’s academic feat as commendable and worthy of emulation. He said Bilqius had made us all proud.

Alhaji Salako added that Offa is known as an academic hub and that her accomplishment in the faraway USA is a testimony to this.

Blaze Newz gathered that Mrs Bilquis Bintinlaye completed her Msc programme in Chemistry at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, United States of America.

She graduated with perfect GPA of 4.0 today, Saturday, 6th of May, 2023.”

Bilquis has previously received many honours and awards such as the Albert and Ethel Smith Scholarship Award, Gale J. Clark Memorial Scholarship Award, MTSU Chemistry Department Outstanding Graduate Student Award, and the 2021 Tennessee Academy of Science Award, among others.
